Northbridge 3v3 Tournament
On behalf of Northbridge Youth Soccer Association (NYSA), we would like to invite you to participate in our 3rd annual 3V3 Tournament scheduled for Saturday August 4 th and Sunday 5 th , 2012 in Northbridge, Massachusetts.
This year’s tournament will again take place at the newly renovated Upper Fields behind Northbridge High School at 427 Linwood Avenue Whitinsville, MA 01588.
Tournament Details and Activities:
Fun Zone for the kids (bouncers, soccer games, etc)
Food (hot dogs, water, soda, etc)
Costume/Uniform Contest:Awards will be give to the most unique Tournament Team Uniform

Participation Awards for all U8 and U10 Teams
Awards give to 1st and 2nd place teams in U12 and up levels
Cash award for Adult Level

All registrations can be processed via the internet through our online registration provider (Sports pilot) and payment can be made directly with a credit card. Early registration opens on is NOW open and closes on July 12 th . The early registration fee for this year’s event remains the same at a very affordable $125 per team. All registrations received after July 12 th increase to $150 due to product ordering and late charges assessed to the league. The final day to register is July 30 th , 2012.
The Roster/Liability/Medical/Photo Release Form and the Tournament Rules Form included in the tab on the left hand side of the webpage are considered to be an important part of the registration process. Please read these carefully when signing up your team.
Also available on the website are directions to the facility, a field layout of the tournament site, and an MYSA Affiliation link (for those players not currently affiliated with Mass Youth Soccer.)
We will not require copies of birth certificates for participating players, however, it is expected that coaches will register age appropriate players for the division in which they sign up their team.
Rosters are not due until the time of check-in on Saturday, August 4 th , 2012. Please arrive one hour prior to your first scheduled game to turn in all paperwork for your team. All teams will be required to check in before playing their first game
Out-of-state teams must also bring a “Permission to Travel” form from their state association unless they are already affiliated in USYSA Region 1.
We will not have co-ed divisions, but co-ed teams are welcome to register in male or female divisions based on the majority of the roster (e.g. 4 boys, 2 girls should register in the boys division). Teams with equal male/female players should register in the boy’s divisions.
Affiliation forms (only for youth players that did not play for an MYSA team in the fall of 2011 or the spring of 2012) will be required.
A full schedule of games and events will be available at check-in on Saturday, August 4 th starting at 7:00 am. A complete schedule will be emailed to all coaches and will also be posted on the 3v3 website 48 hours prior to the start of the tournament.
All four U8 and U10 games will be on Saturday morning the 4th. All U12 –U18 games will be played on both days with playoffs and consolations games on Sunday. Adults play a guaranteed 3 games on Sunday only
